PLUGIN PROB??

Why is it, when i go to watch a Video, like summat that Wigan Mole has posted (Eg) Britains got tallent, i have a screen that says ::

Click here to download plug in , and like a little jig saw piece

So i click it and all i get is

"No suitable plugins where found

(Unknown plug in text/plain") :conf (13):
