:smile1::smile1: This is a Crimson Rosella,I had to be very quick and quiet to get this shot.They are quite common around these parts,in fact country wide. :smile1::smile1:

Bernard,there are eight species of the Rosella and they do belong to the parrot family,which in Australia is quite large.
