hey ill tell you about them, i was constapated and got some... i took one and thought what a load of crap ... so i took 3 more .... went to sleep, they take about 12 hours to work, the day after i was in standish ... i got from standish to croston in about 10 minuets ... jesus what a stupid thing to do .....
